Attachments - Roof Extensions
(Revised:
09/26/2008)
The Roof Extension tab is used to locate and define
Roof Extensions along the rake of an end wall. This feature has automated flexibility
to modify the size of the shape without losing roof extension data.
Exception:
If a Predefined Shape is revised to a different shape, all located and defined
Roof Extensions will be removed with the original shape.
Roof
Extensions can be located full span or partial span.
Adjustments
for extending roof extensions and skewing the corner options are not available
as a product offering.
Notes:
The ends of Roof Extensions project 90
degree's from the End wall they are located along.
This may cause minimal geometric
problems at Skewed Sidewall Corners or at Skewed End walls that may require
minor adjustments to Secondary and Panels.
Warning:
It is possible to locate a Roof Extension
on a Skewed Sidewall. If you attempt to create this condition, your results may
not be what you really want. Use the canopy options for this condition.
