General Information – Job Site Information, Shipping Address,
& Builder

The Job Site Information, Shipping Address, &
Builder tabs define the name, address, contact, phone numbers, and shipping
information of the Job Site, Ship-to address, and the Builder for the project.
Also,
a Builder’s Purchase Order Number for the Customer’s use (the Metal Building
Manufacturer does not use this field).

A default job file can be set up to
supply this information and be modified as needed.
Address Information:
Name
Enter
the legal name of the address.
This
may be an individual, partnership, corporation, company, etc.
This
is a required input.
Country
Select
the name of the country.
This
is a required input.
State (or
Province)

the name of the state or province.
This
is a required input.
County
Select
the name of the county.
This
is a required input.
Address
Enter
the street number, street name, or post office box number used as the mailing
address.

the city for the address.

Freight
Select
the freight type:

Collect – Payment is required before shipment/pick-up.

Customer Pick Up - Arrangements for pick-up at a plant are the Builder's
responsibility.
·
Estimated Freight – Price is based on shipping full truck loads (FTL) in
a single sequence or phase from a selected manufacturing location.
Legal Description

Shipping Address
Same as Jobsite
This will use the address entered on the Job Site Information tab.
