The LDI program in 2005 will consist of one Level 1 group Level 1: Level 1 focuses on
personal development of 1st Level Supervisors, Individual Contributors, and informal
Leaders. Interaction between employees and their supervisors or team leaders
has a profound influence on production and morale. Additionally, “grass-roots” leadership
among informal leaders and individual contributors who set the example also
influence productivity and morale. LDI
Level 1 is intended to address the major competencies required for the
success of a new supervisor or team leader as well as develop informal
leaders in the organization. This year’s schedule: Week
1: March 13-18 Week
