The
Warehouse Parts screen is used to revise or add warehouse item(s).
Run
will generate some parts in this list on each surface.
Data:
Warehouse List
Use
the list to view or revise the secondary mark numbers or properties.
Revised: (Ref Only) "No"
is not revised at this level, original results from Run.
Dimension: (Ref Only) Locates
the part from the left edge of the surface.
Elevation: (Ref Only) Locates
the part from the floor, ridge, or high eave of the surface.
Category: Select
the Type of warehouse item.
Warning:
Must select Category 1st or the screen will become not active.
Part: Select
the Part number.
How to use:
Length can be revised on Variable
Length Parts. (See "Variable
Length Parts" below)
Description: If the Part Mark Number
is not known, select the Description, Finish and Color. The Mark will be
automatically selected.
Finish / Color: Select the Finish and
Color.
How to use:
Finish & Color must be completed
or else the part will not be saved in the list.
Qty: Quantity
required.
How to use:
If a negative quantity is entered,
this quantity will be subtracted from the total quantity of the part required
on the entire job.
Negative quantities are represented on the overall quatity counts on the
"Summary Parts List".
Warning:
A negative quantity will reduce the
Price by the total quantity removed.
Note: Additional notes can be
added to each warehouse part.
How to use:
Use the notes to help the checker
located the usage of the part.
Sample: Add bolts for Façade
Girt connections.
Insert
a Row
Adds
a row(s) of data to the list.
Delete a Row
Deletes
the selected row(s) of data from the list.
Options:
Search
Search
is a great tool to quickly find a Warehouse Part based on the Mark Number,
Category, or Description. Partial input in any of these fields will also return
results. Only one field can be used at a time.
Select
one Row or multiple Rows from the Search results and use the Insert button to
add row(s) to Warehouse List.
Properties
Additional
subunit locations for Welded Light Gage parts.
How to use:
On a Rake Extension Channels (REC-),
the ECC1 clips are located in Properties.
Variable
Length Parts:
When
inserting some variable Trim or Gage pieces, you may get a warning that the
“Pricing data not found”.
This
is generally because the incorrect Finish & Color has been selected.
How to use:
To insert these variable length parts:
Select the Standard Part number from the list.
* Press Apply. *
Change the Part Number Length as required.
Enter in the quantity that is required in the “Qty”
column.
Select Apply or OK.
