This tab is used to define
the degree of detail and accuracy.
Model End Use
BIM collaboration workflow will
require a quote. Pricing is dependent on project scope and quantity of model
submittals required.
Is there a BIM Execution
Plan?
BIM Execution plan
(BXP/BEP), BIM Standards or Project execution plan. If the project has any BIM
specifications or specific requirements, select Yes and please send
documentation in along with the quote request. If no project specific
requirements exist, BBNA can provide standard deliverables at key milestones
(defined below).
Level of Development (LOD)
Can select
more than one option.
Pre-Construction Model - LOD
300. Up to LOD 300 for all components, excluding panel and trim, at key
milestones. For example; after Approval/Permit Design
and after Final Design.
Final Model - LOD up to 350.
Up to LOD 350 for primary structural components including bracing components,
and up to LOD 300 for secondary framing components. Excludes panel and trim.
Provided after Detailing has been completed.

Center. Select this option if you have higher LOD requirements. Please send that information in along with
the quote request.
