Mickey Riley

Mickey Riley joined VP Buildings as a draftsman in 1968. He got his first taste of training in 1973. He has held several other positions with VP including, Estimator, Sales Office Manager, District Manager, Builder Service Manager, VP Command Coordinator, and, most recently, Technical Training Coordinator.

He has taught numerous courses, including Product and Pricing, Construction Techniques, Total District Management, VP Command, Windows NT, Train-the Trainer and DDI sessions. He began attending Creative Training Techniques’ published seminars in 1994. Mickey has been essential in training new VP trainers, and in establishing Creative Training Techniques as the training benchmark for VP Buildings, Inc. Mickey resides with his wife in Sheridan, Arkansas.

Mickey and his lovely wife retired in May of 2010 to a little fishing hole somewhere in the shadows of the Ozarks.
