Mark Larsen is a Technical Training Coordinator for VP Buildings. Mark joined VP in 1986 and has worked in Engineering Services, Research & Development, Systems, Software Support, and VP University. Mark originally worked in Wisconsin's Services Department and transferred to Memphis in 1989.

Prior to working for VP, Mark started working in this industry as a Draftsman and Checker at Dean Steel Building (Ft. Myers, FL) from 1981 - 1984, then in 1984 he worked at Sonoco Steel Building (Waukesha, WI) and from 1984 - 1986 at Inryco Steel Building (Milwaukee, WI) .

Mark joined the VP University staff in 2001. Some of his responsibilities include maintaining the Detailing Intranet, training of Services Detailers for VP Command and new product releases, also some beta testing of engineering software and product revisions.

In 2003, Mark volunteered to be a Green Belt in the Six Sigma quality initiative program at VP where his focus is to increasing efficiency, improving process and cut costs in Engineering Services.

Mark, his wife Virginia, and sons Poul and John live in Collierville, Tennessee.
